Principal Baruti Kafele is an award-winning educator, speaker, and author known for inspiring school culture transformations and driving student success. With decades of experience, he has led turnaround efforts in urban schools and authored numerous books on leadership and student motivation. Principal Kafele will return to HIVE in 2025 to energize and empower attendees.
